Can I combine services?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper that way. Photos, drone, video and a 3D tour can all be captured in the same visit. If you are picking three or more items, one of the packages almost always works out better than buying them separately.
What is the difference between virtual and real twilight?
Virtual twilight is an edit. We take a daytime exterior and replace the sky with a dramatic sunset for $25 per photo. Real twilight means we drive back out at golden hour and shoot the property genuinely lit, which costs $175 but looks unmistakably real, especially with landscape and pool lighting on.
Do you shoot vacation rentals and commercial property?
Yes. Short term rentals, multi-family, retail and office all work with the same service list. Commercial spaces sometimes need a bit more time on site, so mention the square footage when you call and we will confirm the window.
Are floor plan measurements accurate enough for the MLS?
They are highly precise, but they are not a substitute for a formal inspection or appraisal. Use your own due diligence before publishing measurements you are relying on contractually.
