This agreement covers the plan and add-ons shown in your order summary. Checking the box and completing payment confirms you accept the terms below.
1. Scope of work
Jahforge will design and build the website plan and add-ons listed in your order summary. That's the full extent of what's included. Additional pages, features, or a redesign of what's already been delivered are quoted and invoiced separately before that work begins.
2. Content & timeline
You agree to provide the text, photos, logos, and any other materials the site needs within 7 days of checkout. Build timelines run from when we have everything we need, not from the date of payment, so late or incomplete content pushes delivery back.
3. Care plans If purchased
Care ($100/mo) covers small, routine changes only: updating prices, offers and service details, swapping or adding photos, seasonal refreshes, site monitoring and fixing bugs on the existing site. Care + Content ($249/mo) adds Google Business Profile posts and two short-form reels a month cut from footage you supply. Neither plan includes new pages, redesigns, new features, copywriting, or content overhauls, those are quoted separately at our standard rates. Billing runs monthly from your first charge; cancel anytime with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing date. Partial months aren't refunded.
4. Scroll animation Signature package
The Signature package includes one custom scroll transformation animation, built for your trade and integrated on a single page of your site. Additional pages, additional animations, or revisions beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
5. Payment & deposit
The amount charged at checkout is your project deposit and secures your build slot. If the finished project grows beyond the plan and add-ons you selected, we'll scope and invoice the difference separately, it's never auto-charged to your card. Any remaining balance is due before the completed site is published live and handed over.
6. Revisions
Two rounds of design revisions are included during the build. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate, quoted before that work begins.
7. Refunds & cancellation
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only if Jahforge hasn't yet started design or development work on your site. Once work has started, your deposit is non-refundable, though we'll still complete the agreed scope of work. If you cancel after work has started, whatever's been completed is delivered as-is with no further refund.
8. Ownership & use
Full ownership of the final website design, code, and content transfers to you once full payment is received. Jahforge may showcase the completed site in our own portfolio and marketing unless you tell us in writing not to.
9. Hosting & third-party services
Hosting is included as long as an active Care plan is in place. If the Care plan is cancelled, you're responsible for migrating hosting elsewhere, and we'll provide a reasonable transition window. Jahforge isn't responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party services, such as hosting infrastructure, payment processors, or domain registrars, that are outside our direct control.
10. Client warranties
You confirm you own or have the right to use all text, images, logos, and other materials you provide, and agree to cover Jahforge for any third-party claims arising from content you supplied.
11. Liability
Jahforge's total liability for any claim related to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid. Jahforge isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

These terms cover the $50 demo fee shown in your order summary, and nothing else. Checking the box and completing payment confirms you accept them.
1. What the $50 covers
Jahforge will build one demo page for your business: a real, working page designed around your trade, your service area, and your branding. It is a sample built to show you what a full site would look like. It is not a finished website and it is not a deposit on one.
2. Separate from every package Important
The demo fee is not a website package, not an add-on, and not a monthly Care plan. Paying it does not commit you to buying anything. Nothing further is charged to your card unless you place a separate order yourself.
3. Credited if you go ahead
If you go on to order a website package from Jahforge, the $50 you paid here is credited against the price of that package. The credit applies once, to a single order.
4. Refunds
Because the demo is custom work made specifically for your business, the fee is non-refundable once Jahforge has started building it. If you change your mind before work starts, contact us and we'll refund it in full. The 30-day money-back guarantee that applies to website builds does not apply to the demo fee.
5. Ownership of the demo Important
Jahforge retains full ownership of the demo page, including its design, code, and hosting. The demo is provided for your review only. It stays on a Jahforge URL, is not transferred to you, and may be taken offline at any time. Paying the demo fee does not transfer any ownership or licence to reuse the design or code. Ownership of a finished website transfers only under the Website Development & Service Agreement, once that build is paid for in full.
6. What you provide
To build a demo that actually reflects your business, we may ask for your logo, a few photos, and basic details. You confirm you own or have the right to use anything you send us, and you agree to cover Jahforge for any third-party claims arising from material you supplied.
7. Timeline
Demo turnaround is confirmed with you after payment and runs from when Jahforge has the details it needs, not from the date of payment.
