Every in person class is hands on, on a real job. That is the only way I know how to teach it, and it is why I can only take twenty people at a time.

Usually same day. We work out which class actually fits what you are trying to build, even if that turns out to be the cheaper one.
You lock a date
Seats go in order. Once you are in I send everything you need ahead of time so you turn up ready instead of guessing.
You pour a real floor
By the last day of the in person class you have completed an actual contract job. Online students get me on video for their first one.
